VA Secretary Anthony J. Principi dedicated a new Center for Veterans
Enterprise (CVE) Feb. 14, saying, at a Washington, D.C., ceremony, "VA
veterans with health care, education and benefits. We should also help them
develop businesses that will provide stable lives for their families."
