Sarin gas reversal irks Gulf War veterans By J.S. Newton Staff writer
(EXCERPT) Some Gulf War veterans are exasperated by news that the
Pentagon is changing its assessment on which troops may have been
exposed to sarin gas.
But one veteran, Joe Poe, who spends much of his time in a wheelchair
with unexplained neurological problems, said he isn't worried about
whether he gets a letter from the Pentagon. Whether or not the
Pentagon says he was exposed to the nerve agent sarin, it won't change
his circumstances, Poe said.
''They already admit I'm screwed up,'' he said....
